I went to buy raw shrimp, an ingredient for kimchi, and there were two colors. When I asked the reason, it was simple. It was fresh and a little less fresh. The ones with pretty colors are fresh. They say it doesn't matter when making kimchi. That doesn't mean the raw shrimp are rotten.^^
