I was in Japan (family holiday) 3 months ago. It seems like duplicating of Japan. This trip l have a very professional ( knowledgeable, friendly and very positive mindset). So it makes feel very comfortable.3

Thought the room was spacious but the rooms are definitely not soundproof as stated in AGODA. Could hear conversation from the next room and outside on corridor.
They did provide extra tissues and toilet rolls on day 1 but surprisingly I press the Do Not disturb but they stay put toilet rolls and tissues inside even though I didn’t request for it. they don’t provide toiletries, just take note. room has washing machine but no dryer.
The roof had a great view as well there is a convenient store and ice cream vending machine at the lobby. The location is closed to some restaurants outside as well convenient stores too.
I do recommend the place as the hotel room is spacious, would be nice had a better view outside instead of seeing the opposite building and which you can see other people inside. Luckily there were curtains.3

The sauna & spa is not friendly to use for the first visit guests. I couldn't get towels when I checked in 😐 Cleaning lady said I have to buy shampoo and conditioners but they are all provided. The others are good. The room is clean, and the price is affordable.2

I knew what the hot summer season would be like
but it was definitely much worse than what I expected after paying unreasonably high price for the room
Lack of parking space, elevator that never comes, front desk with no answer, extremely hot hallway and most of all room with no view
