First of all, it's not soundproof hahaha. I was surprised because I could hear people passing in the hallway, talking, and the sound of people going up and down the stairs... haha And the bathroom.... The heating was so good that it was hot even without the boiler on... And the room. It's too small haha For this money, it would be much better to just go to MT haha.
