A well maintained historical site with lots of information and at no cost to locals or tourists.
We walked around the entire site, stopped to relax, and used the super clean facilities in about an hour.
There is a hefty fine if you try to climb these tombs, so read the signs and respect the significance this site holds for many.

Super well maintained heritage site, one of the best to have an evening walk, we came around 6:30pm it’s still open, and we were able to enter one of the tomb within the compound. A truly great experience and to understand the history way back.

Really nice park/tomb complex, lots of trees, so a shady/cool place to walk around. You'll find the famous photo spot in this area between the hills/tombs. It wasn't so busy at that time, but note it can be a long wait in between each couple getting photos. It's free to enter the park but there is a section where you can pay to enter a tomb. This park is another part of the stamp tour.

The ancient tombs and burial mounds are so fascinating into Korea's rich history. The site is beautifully maintained, and you can really feel the sense of reverence and respect to the history.. the park was really enjoyable to walk around. But the tomb not to large..

The burial mounds of the Silla Kingdom in Gyeongju offer a fascinating historical experience for visitors. The site features numerous burial mounds from the Silla period. Among these, there is one tomb that has been excavated and can be entered for a fee of 3000 won. This tomb showcases the architecture and culture of that era in a tangible way.
It’s recommended to learn about the history of the Silla Kingdom before visiting the site to understand its significance and the culture that existed during that time. The Silla Kingdom, one of the three Korean kingdoms, was known for its advanced culture and its contributions to Korean history.
