There are not many hotels and motels around Gimcheon Gumi Station, so the prices are very expensive compared to the facilities. I was trying to find a good value motel a little further away, but I just stayed there. The location is very good as it is close to nearby restaurants, bars and coffee. It's an unmanned hotel where I stayed for a day for an event, and it's clean and comfortable. The parking lot attached to each room is easy to use, and there is ample space in the separate public parking lot. Although it is a hotel, it does not provide breakfast. However, it is convenient because there are convenience facilities and restaurants nearby.

Weekend prices are expensive and there is no separate self-service bar, but it is neat and clean. The suite room makes you feel cozy. Burger King and Yulgok Square are within a 2-minute walk.

Clean motel. There are 1 hotel and 1 motel in Innovation City, and this is one of them. Although it is expensive, it is a clean, well-maintained motel. It is a completely unmanned hotel with 1 parking per day.

Good accessibility to downtown (5 minutes walk) cleanliness average Cell phone chargers often break down I don’t know the difference between 80,000 won and 70,000 won rooms. Amenities are complete Highly recommended if you want to relax comfortably next to the downtown area.
