This is the first guesthouse I went to in Ulsan. The place is near city hall. It's small, but there's a parking lot. The first floor is a kitchen and communal area. It's okay without anything. There are a lot of posts on the bulletin board. The room is a bit old-fashioned, but it's good for a night's stay.

Nice hostel, has everything you need and even more. It is difficult to guess that you need to lean your entire palm, and not individual fingers, to activate password entry. The most interesting thing is that there is a coffee machine.
