Just.. soso. Staffs made some mistakes and I didn't like it at all. They shoud have checked whether if the room is checked in with a customer or not and cleaned the room. They just broke in when I was out, packed my things without any notices and later called me and said 'get your things in the front'. WHAT AN OCCASION. Next morning they rang the phone and asked(I'm saying they 'asked' but actually it was almost an order) me to check out. Where are the manners guys?3
