cost-effective hotel. very clean, neat and large room and bathroom. many sorts of toiletries and appliances(water purifier and microwave on each floor). a lot of restaurants, coffee shops and pubs around this hotel. The "dancing Music-Fountain" in Peace Square is 2km far from here.

It is close enough to walk from Mokpo Terminal. It was nice to sleep for one night

Rooms 4/5: Stayed in a family room, the size for 4 people was probably spacious enough for up to twenty people if laid side by side... the bathroom was very spacious, enough for two to three persons. I personally don't like sleeping on the floor but had to make the sacrifice for the rest of the family that liked to sleep on the floor... Service: There were enough bedding, towels, prompt room cleaning daily, etc... breakfast in the lobby from 6-8am but I went at 7am and of the three food items that the hotel promised: Eggs, Bread, Jam... There were no eggs. Food don't get refilled so either the other guests are diligent early birds and raided the eggs before 7... or there were not many eggs to begin with, it was disappointing to only find white bread and strawberry jam. Location: I am a fast walker so from my perspective all the sights are within walking distance; 1-4km (0.6-2.5mi)... but bus stops, arcades, convenience stores, restaurant, bakeries, many of these are nearby 50m-250m (60-300 yards) walking distance...
