I went to Donggwangju Station to take the Mudeungsan circular bus., . There is nothing and it is under construction. I wish there were tourist attraction guidebooks and maps inside Gwangju Station. For the 1187 circular bus, come out of the ticket booth and cross the main street to the left. You will see the stop. It is marked as Gwangju Station (East). There is no place in history to ask questions.

Where has all the former fame gone? What does this eerie atmosphere mean in an empty waiting room? Since there is Songjeong Station, it would be better to abolish Gwangju Station in the city center.

Visit in early June 2021. It seems like it's been almost 10 years since I came here. Is it because of the coronavirus? There are hardly any people in the carriage coming down to Gwangju... Compared to the Gyeongsang-do area... perhaps because the rate of car use is higher... trains do not seem to be popular in this area. If you think about it, I think it's because the cost compared to the travel time of the bus is much lower. Moreover... Songjeong Station has risen rapidly recently... Even though it is a train station located in the center of a metropolitan city... It is small, like a rural station... There are few users... If this continues... I don't think it will last long. Even though I used it twice to come and go... there are no people... the facilities are old... and there are so many mosquitoes... I don't know...
