This hotel is located on the Daepo Port side, right next to the road, so it was really easy to get to, and it was a unique experience as it used to be a condo that was being operated as a hotel. I was able to see the sunrise from my accommodation in the morning.4

There are full glass windows from the 2nd to 5th floors, so the view is great. Highly recommended. It's nice that there are no electric poles or electric lines in front of the hotel. The bathroom is 90's style but clean.
Rooms with balcony verandas on the 6th floor or higher have opaque glass and dirty railings, making it difficult to view the sea.
The underground parking lot is very small, consisting of two regular parking spaces, the remaining electric charging space, and a parking space for the disabled. Parking is usually done in the parking lot in front of the hotel.3

It's cheap and everything is below average except the location. Bath supplies are also paid.
