The rooms are spacious and well-equipped.
The towels and gowns had an odor, probably due to poor washing, but I didn't make any additional requests and just used them.4

The room was clean and it was nice to have a double bathroom with bath salts. It was even better because they provided a simple breakfast in the morning.
The surroundings were quiet and I was satisfied in all aspects.3

The room is spacious and clean, but there is no lighting or darkness in the sink or makeup area...no hairbrush.2

It's packed with electronics half of which does not work properly. 3 out of 5 main lights in our room did not work so the room was half dark. Styler did not work. Half of holes of rain shower did not work. Facilities design decisions are unexplainable and feel weird. I am very tolerant to some inconvenience and normally do not give bad reviews, but having working lights in a room is like bare minimum you must meet to accept guests, especially considering that the price is nowhere near the lowest.
