Stayed here for a night and the stay was great! The room was large and clean and the view from the balcony was great. It’s ialso located in a great area for food and karaoke.

We stayed multiple nights in the large suite with balcony. About 1200 SQ ft. We enjoyed our stay.
Lots of pluses:
Spacious
His and hers rain showers
His and hers bidet toilets
Huge wall of windows
Huge balcony
Apartment-sized refrigerator
Microwave
Also heated floors throughout, great for cool/cold weather stays
We asked to reserve a parking spot and they did at no extra cost.
We asked to check out 1 hour later 12pm instead of 11am and they allowed it, at no extra cost as the room was not occupied that night.
A few minuses:
1) Heat/cool controls are centrally located and managed by the front desk. When asked they turned off/on the heated floors. The unit had two overhead A/C but managed by the desk and no way for us to control or turn on, so only they decide when the A/C can be used. With high yellow dust and air pollution outside we couldn't open the balcony door, this made our room stuffy and hot. The one thing we could do was to vent the room using a button on the light controller. That said, excellent air filtration so we never experienced dust or bad air inside the room.
2) Simple breakfast. I think what is available changes based on busy/slow season. Unfortunately, that meant:
Toast with butter and strawberry jelly
Two types of dry cereal and milk
Two types of cup of soup ramen (hot or not hot)
Coffee / espresso / tea bag
Cabbage salad
We only went once and were disappointed, as when we factor how much a room costs that includes breakfast in how much it costs overall, and by paying in advance we paid a night more than the going rate when we checked in. That was a first time that has ever happened.
More pluses:
We enjoyed the view! The hotel is on the edge of the city, so an excellent view of the rice fields and the mountains in the distance.
Lots of restaurants are close by.
Easy access to the main roads and highway.
Close to the wet lands and bay.
Do we recommend? YES!

I stayed there for 2 nights and enjoyed my stay so much. It was very clean, with an amazing field view. The staff were so friendly and polite. Highly recommend this place.

Comfy and friendly. Rooms vary from ok to very nice. Clean and modern. English speakers typically at front desk, so not much of a communication issue. The pillows are NOT to my liking. Breakfast is so so from a western standard, but typical Korean hotel breakfast faire. The only thing I don't like is that the (typical for Asia) room key is required to power the room. So while gone during the day the room climate gets warm (summer months) with no power to the air conditioning and upon return the room is very uncomfortable. The bathroom / shower in each room is very nice.
