Is it expensive because it’s at the beach? The facilities and management are at a motel level, but it's a hotel. Please choose for yourself. Just my personal opinion.

There is concern about safety accidents due to the different bathroom floor heights. Even though the heights are different, the tile color is the same. The remote control is open.
