Residential Hotel in Aju area in Geoje. Each room has cooking stove and laundry machine since it's residential hotel. It was residential apartment when the building opens first, so the building contains combination of tenants and visitors. Hotel visitors can use gym as like tenants, and the gym is quite not bad. Aju area has many restaurants, so staying this hotel can take a good advantage of it. Price is normal comparing to its facilities, or maybe very slightly high, but I think the price is competitive enough.5

The building can be seen at a glance.
It’s on a high floor so the view is good.
It is convenient as it is easy to access Neungpo Port and Jisepo.4

Good residence hotel, located in Aju dong, Geoje city. But kitchen facilities are not served without microwave.2

It's new construction, but other than that, there doesn't seem to be anything special about it.
Some of the officetel rooms are used as hotel rooms.
There is a lot of dust in the room... The leather sofa in the room has hardened stains from the previous person's use.
Next to the bed was the lens used by the previous person.
However, since it is an officetel, it is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, induction, etc., so it would be a good choice if you want to stay for a long period of time.
