Cheap. Remodeling an existing building. Water, beverages, and light snacks are provided very well. It's near Jeonju Station, so you can hear a lot of train noise, and when you open the window, you can see the unmaintained vacant lot and train tracks, and there's no elevator, which are some disadvantages, but the accommodation fee is very cheap and it's clean!!

The parking lot and access road are very inconvenient. If you are inexperienced at driving or under the influence of alcohol, you may get scratched. The price is cheap, and you can see the trains passing by.. Noise + It's nice and cozy, but the room is very narrow... A visible shower in the bathroom, etc... When cleaning, I think if I just push it with a scrubber once, the stains will come off... It's so dirty to look at... it makes me feel very upset. There is no elevator, it seems like the space was overloaded in a small space. It wasn't bad. You've labeled it as a nice place with good lighting, but I can't say it's a good place.
