Cheap.
Remodeling an existing building.
Water, beverages, and light snacks are provided very well.
It's near Jeonju Station, so you can hear a lot of train noise, and when you open the window, you can see the unmaintained vacant lot and train tracks, and there's no elevator, which are some disadvantages, but the accommodation fee is very cheap and it's clean!!3
