Great value for your money. Room is decent sized and was a huge upgrade from the tiny pigeon hole in seoul we had been staying in.
Toilet was separate from the shower which was great. Room comes with a kettle and blowdryer but no iron. There were room slippers provided.
There is a convenience store on site right outside the hotel. They dont have a microwave at the hotel but you can use the at the store.
Its 5 mins from the beach and the bus stops are closeby. the haeundae market
Is right behind the alley like 4-5 min walk.
I would say its an upscale neighbourhood given the property is surrounded with expensive high end car show rooms. It felt safe to walk in the area late at night taking bus etc.
Hotel staff is welcoming and accommodating. Asked for a phone charger and they gave me one for the entire duration of the stay for 6 days.
Also if you have issues or any problems just speak with the staff they will definitely attend to it. We had a broken lock (i have attached pictures) we saw it first day we checked in but we were too busy with sightseeing. We let them know abt it last night of our stay and they sent over a handyman in under an hour and he was done fixing it under 5 mins. Very quick response so 5/5 to handyman and front desk staff.
Housekeeping is good and very sweet ladies. One day ran into them and they offered water bottles we didnt need the rooms to be cleaned that day but she still gave us water bottles.
We used the Sauna facility it was adequate nothing too lavish but the hot tubs and pools were clean and well maintained. Did the job well. There is no english attendant on site so use you will have to do with translation apps and sign language. Last entry is at 8:20pm.
Beds are comfy there is adequate space to store luggage with closet space extra seating areas with chair and couch.
I was very comfortable during my 6 days at the property. Will happily rebook it again :)
Bathroom fixtures could use some upgrades but overall great value.
Restaurant on site we ate breakfast one of the mornings.
They also have umbrellas available for purchase for 3000 won at front desk if you need any.
Front desk helped book a taxi on our way back to busan station. The big taxi for our big luggages was for 50,000 won.

Prime location, easy transportation options, close to many restaurants and the traditional market. Room was clean, beds comfortable, and as pictured. Soundproofing was very good, only heard a few peoples' luggage in the hallway a few times and I had a full floor. Hot springs/spa facilties were on the older side but were well maintained and free for guests to use. Didn't get to use it but I also received two coupons for meals/drinks at the cafe on the first floor.

I almost want to give this a 4 star rating expet for one thing: you have to rent large towels even to use in your hotel room, which is unusual but I figured out why. They don't advertise it as much as they should: they have access to natural hotsprings! So the sauna that hotel guests have free access to is all from the hotsprings. The whole we stayed here (four nights) we would end our day at the sauna. They provide hand towels there, which is normal for Koreans to use to dry their bodies, so we didn't end up taking showers in our hotel room. Just for the sauna I would say it was a great stay. Otherwise, the rooms themselves are your standard, clean rooms. Pretty spacious compared to say New York or European hotel rooms.
