It is situated on a private beach and offers a breathtaking view. Staff were very attentive. It has many restaurants and food courts, serves variety of foods. They offer yacht tour, spa, yoga, and other welness programs. Must try the GS 25 convenient store. Most happening place of the resort in the evening. So much choice of food, beverages etc.
I lessen one star for room as the furniture were worn off and needs to be replaced.5

Nice, clean & neat room with many facilities for kids & families. Facilities including pool, infinity pool, kids cafe, spa, brick, trampoline, etc exist but not free even for people staying. Staff members are highly trained and kind.5

Family oriented resort with focus on children. There's plenty of activities for kids like the outdoor swimming park, walkable stone beach, and other games for kids. There is food court for food.
For adults, there's a small bar with limited drinks, and an infinity pool.
The resort is broken into a hotel wing and a timeshare family suites. We stayed at the family suite "le ciel" and there's a separate valet parking.
Room:
The room is clean with nice view of the ocean. We stayed at the 18th level so it was high enough to avoid mosquitoes and noise. There is an outside balcony with seating and small table to enjoy the views and outside weather.
We had a master bedroom + bedroom den with the two twin beds in den room. It's clearly for a family of 4 rather than for two groups of adults.
There is a kitchen with mini fridge, hot water boiler and some utensils + plates + bowls. There is a fume food and stove but they're not plugged in and you cannot cook. This is to keep the place clean.
Service:
We were offered the timeshare by a family friend so our car wasn't registered with "le ciel". You can call advance to get the valet parking. They pretty much ignored us but underground self serve parking is an option. We buzzed the help button at gate to enter telling them of our suite reservation. You'd use the concierge desk instead of front desk.
There's a tablet that supports English, Korean, Chinese and Japanese to order extra towels, toilet paper, food, etc.
Amenities:
The infinity pool was bookable for a fee/person with limited time slots. It's upstairs on 20th floor with amazing view of ocean and nearby mountains. There change room for men and women with free lockers.
NOTE: hat is required to prevent hair from falling into the pool. You'd have to buy from the gift shop if you did not bring a hat of some sort.
There's a small bar to order drinks too.. they did not mention the drinks were included in the price of the infinity pool.
There's a small coffee shop on hotel lobby side that serves a special salt coffee. Limited seating.
In general there's limited seating around the public areas.
There's a convenience store on site that sells everything from alcohol to toothbrushes if you need. The prices were very reasonable.
Location:
The location is a bit of a drive from other tourist areas. There is maybe two walkable seafood barbeque restaurants that's a bit pricey.
Overall, it's an ok stay if you have kids.
