I made a reservation at a low price, but the sanitary conditions were very clean and the bathroom was remodeled very well. The lady at the counter is also friendly. However, the soundproofing was almost non-existent, so I had a hard time hearing the sound of the TV next door at night. Still, there aren't many good accommodations in Gumi, but I think it's pretty good, so I recommend it.

There are parking facilities in front and behind the building, which is great for people who bring their own cars. There is also a convenience store within the accommodation. It's hard to expect free Wi-Fi. The location is good because it's near Nonghyup Farmers and Gumi City General Terminal. The bathroom has a nice modern feel and the bed is spacious.
