I am only rating the male sauna. Overall the is a fair to good sauna. The historical part is the best part of the sauna, it is one of the oldest in Korea and has had many transformations over time. It is still a little dated but it has all the pools you would want. The temperature of the pools are satisfactory hot was 41.6 and cold didn’t say but I can say it wasn’t very cold maybe 21. The outdoor part is the best part of the sauna it has a large pool and rock formations with bamboo so it looks and feels very peaceful. There is a dry and wet sauna but I didn’t see a place to lay out.
Parking should not be a problem, it was busy though not sure if that is normal. This is a part of the hotel but you can go without staying there the price was 9,000.
I would go to say you went to a sauna over 1000 years old but the Jimjilbang near by is one of the best saunas around so it’s hard to compete with that and it’s just as old just doesn’t have the royalty titles like this one.

Historical hotel with a large area, fairly clean rooms and SPA facilities, in a strategic location.

As historical hot spring hotel well known since early of Lee Dynasty( around 1,400 year) for recurring skin trouble and eye trouble diseases especially,
1. Hot spring water is the best despite old facilities of hotel.
2. The best location in respect of traffic /commercial factor this city area.
3. Various room model and room conditions due to spacious hotel constructed from long time ago.
4. Recommend to reserve room locted at over 3rd floor for better viewing and clean room.

The room was very small for the price and there was no toothbrushes or razor. Also the Sauna doesn't provide shampoo or rinse and you have to purchase a toothbrush or razor. The water pools were good but not to the quality of regular saunas.
