From the moment you step through the doors of Wangyijiml Hanok Hotel, you're transported to a world of serenity. This wasn't my first time at Wangyijiml Hanok, and it certainly won't be my last. The hotel itself is a beautiful example of traditional Korean architecture, offering a truly authentic experience. The rooms are stunning, and the in-floor heating adds a touch of luxury. But the real star of the show is the setting. Nestled next to a babbling river, the hotel offers the gentle sounds of nature right at your window. And for those who prefer a touch more control, strategically placed speakers in the inner courtyard recreate the calming river sounds, allowing you to enjoy them from anywhere in the hotel. The Jeonju Hanok Village is just a stone's throw away, making it easy to explore the area's rich history and culture. The surrounding mountains offer stunning scenery and endless opportunities for exploration. Whether you're seeking a peaceful retreat or an adventurous escape, Wangyijiml Hanok Hotel is the perfect base.

It is a very different experience to stay in a hanok. Just got to know that it was built only 7 years ago. We got free upgrade to premium suite. It feels cozy. The floor is warm. However, the bathroom and toilet can be quite cold.

Beautiful location, and amazing room. It was beyond our expectations. You need to sign up for the breakfast the night before, but that was well worth it. We will 100% be staying here again.
