I made a quick search and reservation while traveling in Tongyeong.
I was surprised at how clean the room was than I expected.
The owner even does valet work himself.
Jungang Market and Seoho Market are nearby, so you can visit them, and since it's next to the beach, it's great for taking a walk.5

The owner was friendly and provided valet parking.
(Parking nearby is almost impossible, but parking is available here, which is nice)
* Breakfast provided (7:00 - 9:00) (7th floor rooftop)
- Serial. You can make toast and eat it.
- Milk and beverages provided
- If you want to cook ramen, you can buy it yourself and bring it with you.
* Smoking is possible while looking at the sea view from the 7th floor rooftop.
* Check-out at 12 o'clock is also good.
- You can take a walk around Jungang Market and Seopirang Village in the morning.
* You can watch Netflix all night long for free.5

I think this place has broken the prejudice that cheap products are just so-so.
It was nice because it was quiet, and I think it was even better because it was nearby Dongpirang.
The accommodation was clean and the hot water was great, which was nice even though it was rainy and cold.
I slept warmly because there was an electric blanket on the mat.
