Located in a lively part of town, where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. Also close to a shopping area. We had a double deluxe room (I think that's the name - 2 double beds, 2 rooms, with a kitchen area. Large area, air-conditioning in both rooms. Clean, comfortable. Room cleaned daily to a good standard. Staff very friendly and helpful (calling taxis etc). I travelled from the UK with my korean wife and 2 kids and for us the stay was great. I recommend this hotel highly.

I took a picture as soon as I arrived at the entrance. I was assigned room 904 on the 9th floor! This is room 904. I won the March Review King at a hotel that was priced at 60,000 won per night (here app), and the actual payment was 9,000 won for a room. I was surprised that the living room was too large for me to stay alone, and there was free coffee and tea service at the sink, and there was electricity. There is a kettle, and the room is so large that it would be a waste to only stay one night. Is there a place like this in Suncheon?!! It's big enough to do it. There is an elevator button up to the 13th floor, and although I was wandering around the entrance, I was glad I found it quickly. Be sure to check the number of people in your reservation carefully before coming. There seems to be a charge for adding more people, and they say that visitors other than those reserved are restricted from entering, and pets are not allowed here. Additional hours without prior agreement will incur an additional charge of 10,000 won if the time exceeds 11:00 and an accommodation fee will be charged if it exceeds 14:00. Personally, I'm scared because there are so many warning signs. Since this is a self-catering hotel, there seem to be a lot of warnings. The hotel looks better than my 300 million won apartment. I will rest in peace~ Thank you! I'm glad I carried a foam cleanser with me. I washed it with mine.

This is one of the few good hotels in Suncheon. The price is cheap and the facilities are good. There are many hotels in Suncheon that are remodeled old buildings, but not this one!

The officetel was renovated and used as a guest room, so it is spacious. Parking must be done using mechanical parking. It was clean and not bad.

I stayed there at the same time as the cold wave hit, but I had to change rooms three times because there was no warm shower, the Ondol (floor heating) didn't work, and the air conditioner was set to cooling mode. (neglect of duty) However, I appreciate that the rooms are spacious and not as obscene as a love motel. Also, since the surrounding area is a downtown area, there are many restaurants and restaurants, making it very convenient. However, there are often drunk people making noise in incomprehensible Korean until midnight... Well, overall I would recommend it.
