There is a huge variety of food shops from restaurants to street food. You can also find the traditional tissue part and dry fish.

a large variety of food selections, some seeing longer snaking queues than others! we tried from 3 different stalls and the food were not bad. but 5 stars for the vibes and the overall market streets! the culture and environment there was nice to walk around and bask in, very fresh experience for someone touring gangneung area :)4

Hard to find parking around the area, parts of the market sells fresh vegetables, dried fish and side dishes. Part of it sells street food and snacks with super long queue. Many fried food- fried chicken, tempura style fried prawns and squid, paejeon, croquette, etc. Had the ox head soup with rice, clear taste soup with little meat. Good for experience if u have not tasted ox head before haha.4

A clean, spacious market with plenty of stalls with good food, drinks, fresh produce, and clothes. It may be due to size of the building, but I wish there was more seating or areas for eating. Overall, friendly staff around the market making for a good time.4
