First of all, the owner is very friendly. The rooms are really clean. Jungang Market and Yeonggeumjeong are nearby, making it great for a walk in the late evening or morning. I am 100% willing to visit again.

I really appreciated and enjoyed the fact that they were very kind and did their best to serve customers. It was a reasonable price and included a gift-like ocean view and a simple breakfast, making the Haeparang Road a happy experience. Even though it was simple, the breakfast was very helpful as it was filling while walking.

There was a good view of the sea and the facilities were clean. You can enjoy the ocean view at an affordable price. He said eating in the room was not allowed, but light snacks were okay. Drinking is allowed on the 7th floor rooftop from 6 p.m. It was more satisfying to buy snacks and drinks at a convenience store and enjoy them on the 7th floor rooftop. Please bring trash left after eating on the 7th floor to the counter on the 1st floor. The building itself was a non-smoking area, which was great. It seemed like a good place to come with family. Breakfast was also provided. I remember that breakfast was served from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and I was able to enjoy it leisurely. The breakfast menu includes simple toast, cereal, juice, and coffee. It was nice to enjoy a simple breakfast.

It is easily accessible from most tourist attractions in 5-10 minutes on foot, and the rooms are clean. Most restaurants and cafes in Gangneung were cold, but it was so hot here that I turned off the heating and slept. The warm water comes out really well too. You can stay in your room and watch the sunrise. However, you can clearly hear the sound of boats and cars going outside, so if you are sensitive to noise, you should bring earplugs when checking in.

The staff is so kind. But there are mosquitoes in the room... Other than this, it is good value for money and I am satisfied.
