It's pretty good value for money and close to the sea. The owner was friendly and the outdoor barbecue was great.

Mud duplex large 10 people, 2 nights and 3 days Environment is clean but feels empty The duplex stairs are higher than I thought, so if I take one wrong step, it's over. Please provide towels equal to the number of people. There is a TV, dryer, shower towel, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, etc., but the quality is so-so. There are two air conditioners, so the first floor is cool, but the duplex is hot due to poor air circulation. Since there are no outlets in the duplex, you must connect a power strip to the outlet in the entrance skylight before using it. The blankets and pillows look spacious and clean, but they don't seem to be washed often. There is everything in the kitchen, including heating. I can't say that the sanitary conditions under the sink are that good. The refrigerator can store enough food for 10 people for a day. The induction power is too weak to even boil ramen. Barbecue facilities are located on the rooftop and first floor, respectively. Clean but poorly lit They gave me some lightning bullets as a service. The rooftop barbecue area also has lights on at night. Since the barbecue area is directly connected to the roof, it is dangerous for children to use the rooftop barbecue area. The owner is kind and takes care of things for me when no one is around. The room is locked with a key, so if you go out before dinner, you can leave the key on the first floor. 3 minutes from nearby beaches Daecheon Station is a 3-minute bus ride away. Nearby, commercial areas such as convenience stores, restaurants, pharmacies, and arcades are formed. Nearby pensions have barbecues on their rooftops, so it can be a little noisy at night.

Pros: The owner is very friendly. Very close to the ocean. Has own bbq facilities. Cons: Pricey considering the condition of the room. Bit old. Need to pay extra for bbq. My room was 280.000 won but then bbq cost me another 50,000 won. Technically I paid 330.000 won for the whole night. I could find better options with that price tbh.

It is close to Daecheon Beach and there is a convenience store right in front. However, there seemed to be no separate parking facilities and the room was not spacious. It would be nice if it was managed a little more neatly. There was no inconvenience in staying for a day. The owner and his wife were very friendly.
