Friendly staff and personalized service. The hotel went above and beyond to address any concerns.
The family suite was spacious and perfect for kids. The room was clean with plenty of amenities and full size towels available. LG steamer, massage chair, and patio were nice touches.
The location is walking distance to Lotte mart max, good restaurants, convenience stores, and coffee shops.
Breakfast buffet was very convenient.
This is where you want to stay when visiting Gwangju!5

A hotel with excellent facilities and great service. The rooms are so clean and well furnished.
Fantastic home-style breakfast for Korean taste but western breakfast is also available. The ladies at the restaurant are so kind and generous. I would definitely come back if I come to this part of Korea5

When KOREAN holidays, my family visits to my mother in low house and then we stay there in this year first time. Good breakfast and calm room.4

Room was great! Came with a massage chair and a bathtub with jacuzzi jets. Also had a steamer for clothing.
Service was satisfactory. Breakfast was good, enjoyed the rice and curry.
Location is a few streets away from a nightlife area. Many restaurants, cafes, parks, bars and clubs nearby. The hotel is also 20 minutes away from either Gwangjusongjeong and Gwangju Station. 15 min away from Gwangju Bus Terminal. 25 minutes away from fashion street.3

During booking said included breakfast, but the day (Monday) staff told no bf. I think due to day off of kitchen. But finally the staff still try to serve us bread n butter, and he cook some eggs for us also. So the hotel arrangement one star, but the staff 4 stars
