It's in the downtown area of the high-tech district, so it's great for restaurants and things to do. There is a 24-hour unmanned cafe, but it was a bit disappointing because I stayed on a quiet weekday, but it was very good.5

Rooftop Penthouse...
I went with my child, and we had fun in the swimming pool. It was great for the family to play together.
There was also a karaoke room and a game machine, so I wasn't bored.
I tried using the styler, and I really wanted it. 😍
It was disappointing that there was no cutlery set or rice bowl.😥
It was nice to have an ice water purifier.😅5

I went down from Seoul on a business trip to Gwanggu on the same day and found this accommodation after a meeting. Top floor/event room because there are a lot of people? I rented a room on the top floor. It had an entrance like a pension, 3 rooms, a separate karaoke room, kitchen, and living room. There was a game console in the living room, so it was fun. It was a little cold because I got there late and the heating came on late.
There was an outdoor table tennis table and a swimming pool. I only came here to sleep due to a business trip, so I only stayed there one night. This is a room that would be fine to reserve when visiting. This is a private room on the top floor...
