I often go here while traveling in Gyeongju because it is a place where you can rest quietly at a very reasonable price.
Basically, it is a duplex unmanned hotel with parking for one car, but if you park in the outdoor parking lot and go to the accommodation on the 3rd floor, the price for accommodation is around 40,000 won.
The room is spacious, Netflix works well, the quality of the fixtures is good, the bathtub has a jacuzzi, and bath salts are provided as standard, making it great to enjoy a bubble bath.
There is no place to buy or eat nearby, and if you open the window you are in a rice field, but the advantage is that you can rest very quietly.
Of course, breakfast is not provided, but there is a microwave.3
