Perfect location, nice bed, good breakfast. We just missed bigger towels but the rest was great for the price.5

Hotel Insomnia is a great hotel right in the center of bustling Daegu.
The rooms are spacious, with ample resources such as moisturiser, free soft drinks, hair dryers, straighteners etc. with walk-in showers and great air conditioning.
The manager was so kind to us - as we were going to a wedding my trousers and shirt were completely creased so she offered to straighten them for me, so kind of her. She is also extremely helpful in providing information about the area.
The breakfast here is also quite nice - some fresh fruit and different options such as toast, croissants and nice coffee.
I don't normally review hotels but I felt obliged to recommend this to anyone staying in Daegu. It's a perfect location and is modern, clean and with friendly staff!4

Was a great hotel in a great location in the middle of downtown Daegu. Was able to watch the raptors playoff games and room even had a steamer. Reception was helpful and their English was decent for a place that didn't advertise English as one of their languages4

I really enjoyed staying here, clean rooms, nice American & Korean breakfast, only negative, no microwaves in the room to hear up your food, they will however allow you to use the microwave in the Breakfast area, Hotel staff were great, really loved them, thank you!3

+1 good 'free' hot breakfast 8:30-10:30am
+1 great location: 1 min walk to the best shopping/eating area of the city
+1 nice assortment of in-room hair brushes and lotions
+1 English speaking front desk: located on 2nd floor (needs better signage)
-1 room cleanliness: 2 used bars of soap were stuck together from previous guest for next guest use
-1 no check-in until 6:00pm!
-1 forgot to book our airport taxi
