I called and visited late on a weekday evening, and the owner welcomed me warmly and explained everything to me.
The accommodation is clean, hot water is readily available, and disposable items are provided on the first floor so you can use them when necessary.
We didn't use it because we had already eaten, but it seemed convenient as they had set up a communal kitchen on the first floor so people could cook simple meals on their own.5

If you pass by Seulji's Steamed Bread and take the road next to the gas station before entering Gomso Port, you will see motels on the right. If you go straight between the motels along the road, M Motel is located at the end. I couldn't see it when I first came.
There is a barbecue area next to the motel, so you can buy meat and grill it. There was a lounge on the first floor of the motel, so cooking was possible. The mart was a 5-minute round trip away if you go towards Gomso Port. There is a waterfront in front of the motel, and the owner had a fishing rod, so he suggested I go fishing.
The room was clean. The bathroom was spacious, and the view from the 3rd floor was especially nice. I also liked that the owner treated me kindly, unlike other motels. Next time I come down to Buan, I want to stay here again.3
