This is a quiet and clean new motel. On the 2nd floor, there is an unmanned room with 1 parking per room, and from the 3rd floor, there are regular rooms. The price for a standard room is 50,000 won, and a twin room is 55,000 won. The standard room has one bed. It is equipped with a computer and TV, and supplies include mask packs. The bathroom has warm water, a bidet, and a bathtub. There is a notice saying that the water is clean because a water softener has been installed. The heating works well enough to be hot in the winter. All rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi. The advantage of unmanned rooms is that they are the same price as regular rooms and are slightly more spacious. It is on the road from Gimcheon Innovation City to Gimcheon Old City Center.4

Clean room, spacious room, no smell of cigarettes, complete equipment, wide bathroom, has a shower, in the cabinet there are 3 cans of beer + snacks 10,000￦, the mattress is a bit hard.3

I visited for work, but it was a nice place to visit.

It's noisy because it's right on the road. If you open the window even slightly, it gets really noisy. The exhaust fan in the bathroom is noisy.
