This hotel is located within easy walking distance of the train station, a tourist information office, the beginning point for most of the busses needed to visit the main points of interest, and dozens of restaurants. There is a wonderful ice cream place, Achaga, about 2 doors away. The staff is friendly, but speak very little english. The decor is eclectic, but beds ars comfortable and rooms are very clean. I was quite impressed and heartily recommend this hotel! It was one of the best places I stayed while in Korea.
