The check-in time was at 3pm and the staff were incredibly friendly. They spoke English and the room we stayed in was very clean. There is free WiFi and there was also a karaoke machine in our room which was available to use in the evening (not that we wanted to). The bathroom was clean and fully equipped. There was also a shower and bath. Just one thing to be aware of is that the towels are for Koreans and part of the culture is small towels. They do not have any larger towels available but apart from this they were clean and plentiful. In the fridge there were free cool drinks to help yourself to without any extra surcharge. I totally recommend this hotel if you are visiting Yeongju city and is a short distance from the train station (about two minutes walk away).

Suite B I love it. Location, Service, all of them was perfect. But the fridge was too small for 4 people. I would like to stay again.

The rooms are clean, the front desk staff is friendly, and the parking lot is spacious. I had a comfortable night's rest.

The front desk staff is kind. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. There was a separate bathroom and shower room. This is my first time using LG Styler. This is a convenient facility for travelers. The parking lot is very large.
