Since 2022, I have been on business trips to the East Sea about 3 days a week. This is a motel I stay at every time I come on a business trip. The cost-effectiveness seems to be the best in the Cheongok-dong area. I have stayed in nearby motels and hotels at least once or twice. The motels and hotels in the Cheongok-dong area are strange. In the hot summer, the air conditioner is controlled by remote control in the room, but in the cold winter, The room is heated because the boiler is central heating. There are many places that are not warm. Of course, the heating at King Motel wasn't warm either. Some motels have electric blankets on the beds. Anyway, he was kind and paid a lot of attention to things like cleaning the guest rooms. It seems like I'm writing it. I stayed more than 2 nights a week and didn't experience any inconvenience. I booked the 1 remaining hotel on Agoda because it was cheap, but it's absurd that they charge a service fee even though it's a motel. I put up 47,000 won, but when I tried to pay, it was 70,000 won.. Accommodation on Friday 1/28 for 35,000 won It was disappointing that the TV was small, but hot water came out well, there was a sunflower shower, and the bed was big and comfortable~ The elevator has a motion sensor, so when you place your hand in front of the button, the light turns on.

Just.. model.. for a day.. the location is not bad, but I don’t think the facilities are that clean.. I just want to go to bed early one day and leave.. Parking is spacious and convenient...
