The building is not new.
But when I entered the accommodation, it was very clean and I especially liked the bathroom.
There was no peculiar smell and the window frame was clean.

I booked the 1 remaining hotel on Agoda because it was cheap, but it's absurd that they charge a service fee even though it's a motel.
