The Chosun Hotel in Suanbo was remodeled and changed into Ramada.
It was nice that there was ample parking space and the room was quite spacious.
You can enter the sauna in the basement by purchasing a ticket at the front desk on the first floor and receiving an admission ticket and locker key.
The sauna is not large in size or has good facilities, but I felt that the water was definitely good, regardless of whether it was 'Suanbo' or not.
If you are not a guest, the bathing fee is 15,000 won, so there is no need to come just to take a bath. (It would be better to use the nearby sauna.)
The disappointing thing was that the bed mattress was really hard. Memories of sleeping at another Ramada Encore before came back to me.
Another thing is that there is only one elevator, and the elevator is not that big, so it can be a bit complicated when checking in and out.4

I was worried this time because it was a dirty room on the 6.5th floor last time.
Maybe it's because the room condition last time was so bad, but I was satisfied and the water quality was good haha.
Honestly, for families, Soo Hotel is the best.
I'm here for the time being because it's quiet and easy to make reservations.
I'm trying to settle down.
If you are staying with a non-large family, avoid the 6.5th floor.3

Only the lobby was remodeled. The room wasn't even repainted, and the exterior windows were black with mold. If I had done it properly during remodeling, I would have found it again, but it's a shame.3

It was very nice to have hot spring water in the room. It's a pity that there is no restaurant in the hotel. Only breakfast is available.
