Great hotel! The room was nice and the housekeeping was on top of everything, but the best part about the hotel is how kind and friendly the staff is, especially Mr. Park. I dont speak any Korean and Mr. Park was very happy to assist me in calling cabs or even answering my day to day questions about Korea during my stay. He was very amicable and made my whole stay so much better.5

The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The staff is amazing! They helped with calling taxis and even drove my group and I to our destination when no cab was available. Very friendly, free WiFi and breakfast in the morning/ free snacks all day.4

Loved the location for shopping and resturants. The staff was really nice, the hotel can use more washers and dryers. Breakfast was little different but fresh tasting.2
