It was a last-minute decision to book this accommodation as our 3rd choice.
Surprisingly, out of the way but very central to true Mokpo that is close to train station, many attractions and delicious local eateries within walking distance.
The owner was kind and very approachable. The accommodation represents the owner who renovated the building and furnished it himself. Clean, comfortable, and caring.
We spent two nights there when visiting relatives and friends in Mokpo. Two sets of bunk beds were perfect for a family with two adult children. We loved everything about this place. We will be sure to stay there next time we visit Mokpo. ❤️5

Double bed room, 50,000 won per night, clean, common kitchen on the 1st floor provides free baked eggs and toast for breakfast, and other cooking options such as ramen and rice are available.5

I thought it would be small and cramped since it is a guest house.
The bunk bed and ondol room were both nice.
It was nice because it was near Mokpo Station. All of my classmates had good reviews. For breakfast, I leisurely ate toast, eggs, three kinds of jam made by the owner, and a glass of milk.
For your convenience, Hetbahn cup ramen and bag ramen were provided. I ate it and got it.
🐖 You can just give it to the piggy bank. I spent it comfortably. I want to go again. It's cheap^*^5

It's a clean and comfortable place.
The bedding smells like a hotel.
Management is going really well~~
The owner is also very kind and nice.
There is a free public parking lot right in front.
It is close to major tourist attractions and can be reached on foot.4

As its a guesthouse, had lower expectations however, the room was very clean. For the price paid for, it's very worth it. Staff was nice and accommodating but with limited English speaking ability. He tried to help us but communication was an issue.
Guesthouse had basic amenities like microwave, stove, utensils. Only downside was this place has no lift so be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs.
Place was near the station. Food choices are plenty and there is a famous bakery less than 4 mins away from the Guesthouse.
