The owner's service and mindset are good. I hope you prosper. The downside is that it requires some facility management.

The owner is really kind and nice. The location is about 7km from Pyeongchang Phoenix Park, so it is within a 10-minute drive. I made a reservation using Hyundai Card Amex MR, and even though it was a winter Saturday, I was able to make a reservation for less than 100,000 won. They say they don't advertise because the owner has retired and is running the business without being greedy. However, it is a wooden building, so the facilities feel a bit old, and you can hear a lot of footsteps on the second floor, so those who are sensitive may have trouble sleeping on the first floor. Other than that, I had a pleasant stay thanks to the nice atmosphere and the friendly owner.
