It's clean and friendly, and the price is cheap.

A clean and ordinary place to rest,
The location is not bad, and if you walk a short distance to Ilsan Beach, you can also enjoy nearby restaurants all night long.
Check-in time was quick, the water pressure was good, and it was located in a quiet place, so it was nice to be able to rest comfortably.
There was a Maltese puppy underneath, it was very cute and it was nice to be able to pet it a lot.4

It's a bit out of the way so access is inconvenient.
It's still okay though
I haven't had any inconveniences with parking yet.
However, there was a lot of stuff in the hallway on the first floor, but it felt like it wasn't being maintained.4

I have stayed here several times on business trips and I recommend it. It's clean and recommended for families. There are many restaurants because it is next to Ilsan Beach.
