Although it is far from Gyeongju tourist attractions, the room condition, spa, private barbecue, and indoor swimming pool are great! It was difficult to find a spacious duplex on both the first and second floors, but this place was spacious, so I stayed comfortably for two nights. The owner is also very kind.

The accommodation looked exactly like it!! It was decorated in a really pretty yellow color and had a spa, so I thought it was a 5-star hotel!! It was so good that I even talked in my sleep on the last day saying I didn't want to go haha. It was nice and thank you for being so kind!!

Because it was a weekday, there weren't many people, so it was nice to be quiet. First of all, the room was large and clean. The spa was spacious, and the ventilation and facilities were good even when having a barbecue. I liked it because we could stay in the room together without disturbing others. However, the only thing that was disappointing was that there was mold on the ceiling, so the smell was so musty that the windows were dirty. I slept with it open. I don't know if it was because of the constant rain, but the smell didn't go away even if I ventilated it. The owner was friendly and gave good guidance. There is no toothbrush, toothpaste, and foam cleanser, so if you are going, be sure to bring it with you.

There is an outdoor public water park right next door, which is convenient. The charcoal barbecue grill is not a grill, but a lot of oil splatters. Be sure to wear an apron.

It's a great place to relax with kids. There's a spa in the accommodation, and you can grill meat indoors. I can see the owner's great touches in various places. It's really nice to take a walk along the beach with the kids after checking out. I want to go again next year
