The hostel is amazing including the relaxt bar downstairs and the cats roaming the place. The breakfast is so good. If you are on foot it is bit a hassle to get to this place from the railway station. Take a taxi what is 4000 Won ain’t much5

안녕하세요 😸 Chill & cozy atmosphere. Cafe, library, terrace, vinyl, cute decorations, clean and full of cats :) 15 minutes walking from the KTX/ bus terminal. Highly recommended for travelers that want to relax and get away from the city5

Here is good guesthouse at designers book cafe.
It is about 20 minutes on foot from the Andong Bus Terminal towards on the mountainside highway direction.
If you will visit for the first time, it may be difficult without navigation.
It has provided cheap, your comfortable sleep and resting time and clean space.
Shower and toilet are in the room, but they are separate.
Here is cafe-based, so there is a charge for coffee. Alcohol sales are also limited.

No frills room at very affordable prices. The cafe at the lobby is one of the key attractions. It has a very cozy feel that made one wants to sit down to enjoy a lazy afternoon reading books in it. The drinks are a wee bit pricey though. Location of the guesthouse is rather secluded and not really accessible if you do not drive. There is a 1030pm curfew which comes as a surprise to us. It added pressure to our schedule, having to rush back before the cut-off time. Overall, it is still value for money and highly recommended for travellers visiting Andong on limited budget.3

The place is super nice, well decorated and full of beautiful cats, and breakfast is very good. But I think it is no really prepared for backpackers.
1st, they lost all the keys from the lockers so it was impossible to keep your valuable staff safely, plus they never gave us a solution. And the doors closing at 11PM is really inconvenient since you cannot enter the place before that time. The majority of hostels have a pin code system for guests moving freely.
It is located 15 min walk from the bus terminal but be aware that IT IS NOT on the city center, therefore if you don’t have a car you will have to rely on a very infrequent bus system.
