Compared to the exterior facilities, I liked the owner's meticulous attention to detail in the interior. I can use the spa, and the barbecue is all free, which is great.5

The owner is friendly and the pension is clean.
The view is pretty too!!
If you want to have a barbecue, just buy the meat and we will provide charcoal, grill, seasonings, rice, soup, ssamjang, vegetables, and all basic side dishes (10,000 won per person).

It's right next to the Windy Hill promenade and has nearby convenience facilities (a convenience store on the first floor, a restaurant 20 meters away, a famous crab restaurant and a coffee shop across the street), so I had a comfortable stay. It's a duplex structure and beautifully decorated.4

The owner is very kind. I stayed for two nights and ate free meals at a raw fish restaurant, and I also received various other benefits, including free tube rental, free barbecue, and free cruise discounts. It also has the advantage of being close to tourist attractions (Oedo cruise ship and Windy Hill can be walked). However, the view from the room was worse than expected, but other than that, everything was good.3

To be honest, the cleanliness is not very good.
I prefer a certain level of neatness, but compared to the photos taken in the advertisement, it is obviously older and the facilities are showing signs of deterioration.
The bathtub blind was broken and didn't close completely, so I couldn't get in. The bathtub itself was a bit old, so I didn't use it. The stairs were a bit steep, so I had a problem with my legs shaking... It has anti-slip pads. Once you compromise on those issues to some extent, it's not that bad.
The barbecue is located outside in a separate partition room.
They provided simple items such as soft kimchi, ssamjang, wilted ssam vegetables, and peppers, but they were still in poor condition, so I bought the groceries in advance and took them with me.
The location is on a windy hill and it is really windy. If you want to sleep quietly, pass. The self-run E-Mart convenience store is located on the first floor, so you can buy groceries, and there is also a raw fish restaurant on the first floor. They said they would provide a simple breakfast, so I just ate it and left. There is a crab restaurant in the back, so delicious, so stop by. Depth of field...There is Angelinus Coffee Shop (opening hours are short) across the street, so it's great to drink coffee while looking at the view. I visited for two days on a weekday and rested quietly.
It has a price advantage compared to nearby pensions, so I was able to understand and move on even though it was a bit old.
