I think this might be the best hanok in Gyeongju: great position, very nice atmosphere (traditional rooms, wonderful garden and possibility of using the kitchen for tea or coffee at any time) and super-clean (the room, bathroom and kitchen were sparkling), its owner is simply a wonderful lady (for her warm welcoming, kindness and willingness, definitely the best person met in South Korea)! So good vibes and memories.

Pretty and affordable, in a reasonably good location between most sights and the bus station.
The facilities are minimal, the shower spills to the entire bathroom floor (no cabin or separation), and the windows and everything else are padded with bubble wrap (I guess so dumb tourists don't break the paper), which takes all the charm and immersion away.

Disappointing.
1. Satisfactory points
- clean.
- accessible kitchen.
- location.
2. Unsatisfactory points
- overbooked, and no apology.
- lots of ants, I was bitten while sleeping.
- the owner was usually nice, but extraordinarily rude on certain occasions.
