The facilities feel very old, but I am satisfied that the owner did it at a low price.
The Park Kyung-ni Memorial Park and Museum are right next to Building C, making it great for a walk. The eating area and the lodging building are separate, so it was nice to be able to use materials for the outside restaurant.4

It was a 4-person room and it was very spacious, with good heating and hot water, and a large refrigerator. However, there is no soundproofing at all, you can hear people walking upstairs, and it makes a loud noise when you go up the stairs... If you play loudly upstairs, you just can't sleep...
