The rooms were very clean but a bit dated. The owners are very kind. It is a 3 minute walk to the beach. There is some parking and a bbq next door.5

Although it is said to be unavoidable due to the characteristics of the region, the bedding is dirty.
It's easy to think that the floor is dirty and you're just sleeping.
There are many good hotels. I chose this one because of the catering.
