I went after 2 o'clock, but I couldn't check in and was allowed to check in after 3 o'clock, so other than that, everything was good. My family and I bought something with a corridor and ate it in a 4-person room on the 3rd floor of a condo, and the seniors really liked it because it was so warm... It's not very new, so it's old, but it's relatively well maintained and has a view of the sea, so the night view is nice. However, it is annoying to hear the noise the boats make in the evening, but I like the sea and night view from the terrace. I was debating between the Marina Resort and this hotel, so I chose this cheap place and bought raw fish with the money I had left over, and I think I did very well. I think the upper floors are hotel-type and mainly have rooms for two people that don't allow cooking. The upper floors seem to have a good view... It's a cost-effective accommodation, has a convenient parking lot, is very warm, and the condo type has all the cooking supplies.4

3 minutes by car to the cable car station, 5 minutes walk to the cruise ship station, 5 minutes walk to the nearby restaurant, location is gangster. The exterior looks old, but the interior is in good condition due to remodeling, the bathroom lighting is a bit dim. Food delivery to the room available. All rooms have ocean views. Willing to visit4

The condition of the condo looks very old, and the interior of the rooms has been remodeled and is clean.
Parking can be done comfortably as there is plenty of space in the condo parking lot and outside on the breakwater.
I used a twin room, and the bed size was a bit small, like a super single.
My husband and I, a 3-5 year old elementary school student, were sleeping for 4 of us and it was a bit tight.
I stayed during the holidays for about 150,000 won, and I felt the price was reasonable.
The bathroom was spacious and comfortable, and the balcony view was nice as it had an ocean view.4

It's cheap and the location is great! The exterior looks shabby, but the interior is clean!
This is a well-maintained accommodation.
It's nice to have a marine sports facility right next to it.
