Jeonju Tourist Hotel kkotsim is located in Jeonju, a 9-minute walk from Gyeonggijeon Shrine and 600 yards from Statue of Peace.

Great hotel for the price! Came highly recommended from the google listing. Hotel is literally in the middle of all the attractions and restaurants. Hanok village is only minutes away as is the Nambu market.

Almost always has cheap rates and rooms are quite comfy. That said, the rooms I stayed on the 2nd floor were rather rundown, but on the 3rd floor it was nice. Check your room before settling in.

Pros:
Air conditioner, modern light system, TV
Cheap. I stayed there on a weekend, and it was only 50,000 won.
Good breakfast - I didn't actually eat it, but I saw the buffet area, and it looked very nice
Nice lobby - many plants and traditional decorations.
The surrounding area is a fun place. You're right in the middle.
Convenient parking. You have to call the hotel, thought, in order for them to open the gate. If you don't have a phone or can't communicate via phone, you might be able to leave your car on the side street for a minute, walk in and talk to the worker, and they can open it for you.
Amenities! You don't need to bring a toothbrush, toothpaste, face wash, condoms (lol), etc.
Cons:
The bedding was really bad. Very thick blanket that was not breathable, so it was uncomfortable. It also had a hole in it, and a few little spots of reddish / brown spots, which I could only assume was blood!
Very old building - the shower / and bath are very old, and not very nice. No door, so the floor gets all wet.
The walls are thin, so you can hear the people next door.
The window is easy for people outside to see I to.
No computer. Most hotels have them nowadays.
