Right in front of downtown Samsan-dong, Ulsan, there is a national garden with a view of the Taehwa River and a bicycle path that is ideal for walking barefoot on red clay. Taehwa River Red Clay Barefoot Walking Exploration Trail, walking path, etc., excellent accessibility, top hygiene rating, clean, and highly cost-effective accommodation.5

Because it was a business trip, I didn't need expensive accommodations.

I came to Ulsan on a business trip and had a nice rest. The bedroom was well organized and clean, and I liked the design.
I didn't know there was an accommodation like this in Ulsan... I guess I should have found out sooner. I'll see you again next time.3

It is located near the riverside of Taehwa River.
Regardless of whether the room is small or not
The heating works really well. Really hot.
And there is a hot soup restaurant right next door, but the prices are not that hot.
It's a residential area nearby so there's nothing special.
The price seems like motel price and is okay.2

I asked for one more towel, but they refused to give it to me, citing principles, and there was someone else's bottled water in the refrigerator. There are many windows, so there is good lighting and a sense of openness, but the rooms are very small and there are no separate dining tables, so it is difficult to order something to eat. I think it would be perfect if you come alone. Good value for money. Hygiene was also very clean except for the water bottle. Water pressure was good and heating and cooling were good. Parking is available for 4 cars, but others must use the outside shoulder. Since it's next to the river, there's nothing there so it's very quiet, so it's good for resting.
