The place is very good looking from the outside and inside. It's a very convenient place to take your family out for fun; they can swim and have other fun activities. We went there for a school trip and the kids were learning how to swim and really had fun. The swimming pools are indoors, so it's convenient regardless of the weather conditions.4

A very good and nice resort with activities and good surroundings, also provided with a convenient shop in the resort.
It is convenient and suitable for a family outing.
Anyway, it has to improve drastic for the western style breakfast on the service, foods and beverages .4

Honestly it felt a pretty dated, needs some renovation, smells a bit musky as well. The reason I’m giving it 4 stars was for the water park. It was so much fun. We went during a slow season as well so it felt like we had the resort to ourselves. The kids loved it!! Had a couple fun adult slides as well.4

It's a nice place to have official meeting. They had proper arrangements for our event. Rooms are cozy and warm. You can even cook there. Rooms are for multiple people to stay together.2

The first thing the guy at the front counter (evening shift) says during check-in is that he will have to report my friends if they are illegal immigrants. His tone of voice was rude. Great customer service! But other than that, the rooms were nice. Oh yeah, they don't have microwaves in the rooms for some odd reason.
