Great position on the waterfront. Big room with a balcony. Small bathroom. Very good breakfast with great variety from local Korean to Italian spaghetti Caesar salads cereals but no black tea ! (English tea ) only chamomile, green tea or Earl Grey. Apart from that only a short walk to all the seafood restaurants5

I hadn’t had too high expectation for it since I knew that it’s pretty worn out but it’s actually such a great value for a room that faces ocean just right in front of it. I read a lot of warnings about their parking ramps but it was a manageable level by and large. The gym was also surprisingly nice and proper. Wonderful for the value.5

Great hotel! This is in the older part or Sokcho, near the circular 0ort with lots of seafood restaraunts. It it also easy to catch the bus to downtown sokcho, since it comes right near the hotel. The beach walkways are also very nice to cruise along during the day or night.4

The good...
Great location. Stores and restaurants nearby. Great ocean and city balcony views. Rooms are a little small but clean and modern. Gym is clean and well equipped, but a little small. Convenience store on the 5th floor. Great places to do scenic walks around the harbour. Dozens of sashimi and seafood places but $$$.
Price was great.

Reception was fast but did not provide any information about the hotel or its conveniences.
***AC is turned-off after September!!! 27+C this week. This is a third-world issue! The rooms are independently temp controlled, why??? -1 star.
Pool was closed down.
Breakfast buffet is ₩36,000 for hotel guests...ouch.
